Hi you lot, here’s a June date on a Sat for Lacto-Fermenting Wild Kimchi!

We’ll be foraging too at Tiddenfoot, then 20 min walk to base camp where we’ll be making Lacto-Fermented Kimchi using Korean spices to take home.
