Kathryn Clover is a professional forager that teaches, writes and blogs about the natural world.
Hi from Hedgewitch Kat! Join me in my very enjoyable quests bothering Britain’s bushes, creating tasty, nutritious foods and useful items from the wild.
I (Kathryn Clover) am a regular contributor to Bushcraft Magazine (UK) and Backwoods Home Magazine (US). I have also created many posts as a staff writer on the natural world for Outforia.com. I’ve written for over 14 other publications, including: The Countryman, Waterways World, INSIDER, This England, Home School Magazine, and Kitchen Garden Magazine.
I have taught wild food foraging for 15 years. I teach courses for the general public as well as privately.
COURSES
I’ve run courses for:
The Parks Trust MK, Scouts, The Women’s Institute, The Open University, The Trefoil Guild, Nature’s Harvest Health Foods, plus birthday parties and private events!
Public liability insurance/ Enhanced DBS /Food Hygiene & First Aid qualified.
