Want to learn the art of foraging your own food from the wild? Come on these half day courses with expert forager Kathryn Clover (me) as seen on the BBC and featured in Bushcraft & Survival Skills Magazine, Kitchen Garden Magazine, Waterways World and Backwoods Home.
We’ll be going on a 2 hour foraging route through towpath, woodland and riverside to discover the wild and tasty edibles you can use for your dinner.
Includes identification, health and safety, recipes…then we’ll head back to the lovely Globe Inn for a sit down Sensory Quiz to test what you have learnt.
We will have some wild tapas to taste on the way too!
