Make Your Own WILD KIMCHI 2026


Forage for wild greens, buds, stems and edible flowers in beautiful countryside. We then create our own wild crafted kimchi to take home. Learn the ancient art and science of lacto-fermentation!

Lacto-fermented foods aid digestion, taste tangy-umami great and keep well without refrigeration. Let’s live well and tread lightly on the planet.

Spices, ingredients and jars etc provided. We make Korean kimchi but I provide alternative spices if you want to make something different, e.g. Turmeric & Raisin lacto-fermentation above!
